Panda in Dusseldorf

I ordered food for me and my girlfriend yesterday. Which didn't come. In the evening, of course, nobody answered the phone. When I called today to clarify what happens now. I was told to contact Lieferheld. They manage the money and it was just hung up. We often ordered there and always gave tips. And being left sitting like this now makes me really angry. I will never order there again.

Unfortunately I can't say anything good about this restaurant. Delivery times were normal for all orders. The food was mostly bad and once I opened the package and it smelled of maggots, after closer inspection I realized the shrimp had spoiled. Anyway, I put this restaurant on my "no thanks" list. Nevertheless, good luck and improvement in the food production area.

Order was not delivered, but the amount was of course debited. When asked by telephone, I was only referred to Lieferando. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!

I accepted the delivery service in the stairwell three floors because I "feel sorry" for the people who brought my food to me on the 5th floor. Then had to take the Termobox upstairs. I order the fried noodles regularly and can only recommend them! The dishes are freshly prepared in front of the customer. Always happy.

I regularly eat (due to my job), Asian food (based on my personal preferences) throughout Germany. I have to say, the fried noodles (no matter if with pork, duck etc.) are the best you can get far and wide. If the panda bite can do one thing, it's fried noodles !!! Operation and delivery time top. I can not understand many recessions, but some have to dine very poorly, continuously, Chinese to appreciate Panda. And one more thing: when the employees say: that is a lot to do!
